This program entitles the bearer to a complete puppy healthcare package. This package consists of behavior and nutrition consultation, a puppy guide, all necessary vaccinations, dewormings and all office visits for six months
Adult Dog Program

This certificate entitles the bearer to a complete adult canine healthcare package. This package consists of a yearly Bordetella, DAPPv 3yr, Leptospirosis, two fecal exams, a Junior Wellness blood test, which includes a Heartworm Occult, and all office visits for one full year. (Treatments and medications not included)
Geriatric Dog Program
One Price Wellness Package
This certificate entitles the bearer to a complete senior dog healthcare package. This package consists of behavior and nutrition assessment, a Senior blood profile, which consists of a CBC, chemistries, thyroid test, heartworm occult, and urinalysis, an EKG, blood pressure check, chest x-rays, abdominal ultrasound, glaucoma screening and all necessary vaccinations, two fecals, and unlimited physical exams for a year. (Treatments and medications not included)
Skin/Allergy Dog Program
One Price Wellness Package
This certificate entitles the bearer to a complete skin/allergy healthcare package. This package consists of unlimited skin check-ups for one year, one bacterial and fungal culture, a skin scrape test, a thyroid profile, a complete allergy screen (to determine which allergens your animal is sensitive to), all necessary vaccinations, and20% off all treatments pertaining to skin conditions.
Ear Program
This certificate entitles the bearer to a complete ear healthcare package. The package consists of unlimited physical exams for one year including yearly vaccines and heartworm occult. Also includes 4 ear cytologys, one culture and sensitivity, one tech ear flush a month, and one ear cleaning kit which includes ear cleaning solution, a small bag of cotton balls and ear cleaning instructions. Also bearer is entitled to 10% off ear related medications and treatments.

Tidbits:
Heartworm Disease is spread through the bite of a mosquito, the larva infects the heart, forms worms, and leads to failure of the heart and various other organs. Heartworms are 100% preventable, but difficult and expensive to cure. Prevention is the best bet to a healthy pet!
