After receiving inspiration from numerous episodes of the Undersea World of Jacques Cousteau as a boy, Woody studied Oceanography, Chemistry, Scuba and sailing at the University of Miami. After receiving his Bachelor’s Degree, Dr. Woody received his Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at the University of Georgia. Dr. Woody has been practicing in the Oviedo area for over 25 years. He is an Accredited Member of the American Animal Hospital Association, Cat Friendly Certified by the American Association of Feline Practitioners, and a member of the Association of Avian Veterinarians.

From the moment you walk in, our team works to make each visit calm and thorough for your pet. We schedule 30-minute whole-body health exams so there is time to listen, examine, and explain, and we believe every pet deserves a clear diagnosis before treatment is discussed.
Our team cares for pets in every stage of life, from puppy and kitten wellness programs to senior screening, dentistry, ultrasound, surgery, and avian medicine. When you travel, the same medically trained staff looks after your pet in our boarding facility.
